Ayumi was a fabulous guide. We suggested an handful of sites we thought sounded interesting and she took a couple of those ideas and added some of her own to build a wonderful tour. Our small group was very interested in learning more about the history and culture of Kyoto and Ayumi wove those themes throughout our tour. I could not recommend Ayumi enough! Her English was nearly native-speaker level. Our tour started with her custom planning our day in the lobby and she went above and beyond at every step. For my teens, they were hanging on most of our her words as she spoke about the culture and history (which is unusual for them).
