“KISHU +” is a new lacquer ware brand launched by four Kishu lacquer ware companies in Kishu, Wakayama area. Kishu lacquer ware is historically characterized by its flexible attitude of incorporating new technologies. While respecting the craftsmanship, we have taken such efforts further and created new lacquer ware items.
KISHU+( キシュウプラス )」は、紀州漆器産地 4社が立ち上げた新しい漆器ブランドです。 紀州漆器は、新たな技術を取り入れる柔軟な姿勢が歴史的特徴です。 手しごとを尊重しながらも、そんな取り組みを更に前進させ、新しい漆器のアイテムを作りました。
